Rooted in the neighborhood.
A community food bank that exists only online, built to show what a nonprofit's website can do for its mission.

Loam Grown exists so that nobody in Anytown goes hungry. We do it with neighbors: volunteers who pack, drive and grow, and donors who make the trucks run.
The neighbors are fictional. The website that would help a real food bank find more of them is not.

Executive Director
Phil has led Loam Grown since the moment it was imagined, and he has never once been asked to do a fundraising gala speech he didn't enjoy.

Development Director
Penny runs fundraising, donor relations and the annual Harvest Gala, and has a thank-you note template for every occasion.

Grants Manager
Grant writes the grant applications. Yes, really. No, he did not choose the job for the name. He would like you to stop asking.

Volunteer Coordinator
Val schedules hundreds of fictional volunteers a month and can find you a shift that fits any calendar.
